What makes Pinpoint’s shopping centers unique?
As we work hand-in-hand with retailers to provide build-to-suit solutions, we also work diligently to create centers that not only fit within, but add value to, the communities in which they are located, both in terms of their visual appeal and their specific tenant mix. We never resort to “canned” solutions to cut costs at the expense of our tenants or the local community.

Within the next three to five years, Pinpoint plans to develop 2-3 small retail strip centers and 1 large lifestyle or power center per year, focusing primarily on the Denver, Colorado and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania markets. In the long term, Pinpoint will position itself as a major player among national commercial developers, competing for high-profile bids in markets throughout North America.
