Our History


Pinpoint Real Estate Company was founded in 1995 (then called Trinity Commercial Group) as a vision of David Stanchak and Tim McDougall to be a one-stop solution for expanding multi-unit retailers. To handle the primary aspects of their services – consulting, development, and investments – they formed three “arms” to the business: CDO (Corporate Development Outsourcing, LLC), Greenwood Realty Development, Inc., and Trinity Investment Partners, LLC. For more than a decade, this three-pronged business plan has produced significant opportunities with various publicly and privately held retailers, while also significantly differentiating Pinpoint from other real estate service providers in the marketplace.

Pinpoint has continued to expand its services and build upon its reputation of providing superior attention and service to its clients, and we look forward to many more years of continued success.
