David Stanchak — President & CEO
Over his twenty years in the real estate industry, David has filled roles as a senior executive, consultant, investor, real estate broker and attorney with well known retailers such as DSW Shoe Warehouse, Filene’s Basement, Blockbuster Entertainment, Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp. and Boston Chicken, Inc.. As a principal member in the founding group for three of the fastest-growing retail concepts of all time, he was directly responsible for opening more than 2,000 retail store locations across North America and deploying more than $1 billion in development capital.

Nate Schaub — Real Estate Director
Prior to joining Pinpoint in early 2005, Nate worked with Dave as a part of Greenwood Realty Development, scouting potential retail deals in the Denver market and assisting the company with their marketing efforts. In addition, Nate has owned and operated his own website development and marketing company, MindFlint Media, providing consulting and design services to clients around the country.

Ed Stanchak — Property and Project Manager
Prior to coming to Pinpoint Real Estate Company, Ed spent seven years in retail Automobile Dealership service and management and thirty eight years with General Motors Corporation, beginning as a District Manager, Zone Manager, Regional Manager and Dealer Assistance Manager for the Eastern Half of the United States. As Project Manager, Ed manages retail centers in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois and Michigan.
